A well-established and growing electronics manufacturing company in Fremont, CA is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with a background in engineering, manufacturing, project coordination, and client relationship management.

The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in managing customer projects, supporting timelines, communicating across internal teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support. The company specializes in conformal coating and encapsulation services for printed circuit board assemblies, offering candidates exposure to technical manufacturing operations, customer-facing project work, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts, key stakeholders, and business contacts.
- Understand customer goals, project needs, technical requirements, and changing priorities.
- Provide timely, thorough communication to address customer questions, concerns, and project updates.
- Coordinate customer projects and deadlines across internal manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams.
- Track technology deployments and customer programs on a global scale.
- Support customer satisfaction goals while helping drive revenue targets and service excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $35 to $36 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time position.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94538.
- Start: Immediate start.
- Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
- Weekend work: Rare weekend work may be required.

- Compensation will depend on experience and/or education.
