Here’s what you can expect: Building Relationships: Engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone, to establish trust and build connections. Generating Opportunities: Knock on doors and actively seek out new business opportunities. Communication: Use your excellent phone and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients. Learning and Growing: Take advantage of our training to develop your skills and transition into a commission-based sales role. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who: Is comfortable talking with people and enjoys building relationships. Has strong phone and communication skills. Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Is willing to knock on doors and create new opportunities. Wants to grow their income based on performance. While experience in roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling is a plus, it’s not required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone without sales experience who’s hardworking, personable, and ready to learn. What You’ll Earn Training Pay: Start at $15/hour during training.
