Your Role:

This role focuses on driving revenue and building lasting guest relationships through proactive outreach, sharp follow-up, and destination expertise.

Your Responsibilities:

Subline: Driving revenue and building lasting guest relationships through proactive outreach, sharp follow-up, and destination expertise.

Sales & Outreach

• Conduct outbound selling to prospective guests, past guests, and inquiries to drive new and repeat bookings.
• Segment outreach lists by criteria such as past stay history, destination interest, group size, and booking window to support targeted campaigns.
• Manage timely follow-up on current leads across email, text, and phone, moving inquiries through the sales pipeline to booked reservations.
• Use knowledge of Park City, Jackson Hole, and Sun Valley to match guests with the right property based on their travel plans, group needs, and budget.
• Generate new business through referrals and consistent relationship nurturing.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, tracking pacing, inquiry volume, conversion rates, and booking trends across markets.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including reservation accuracy, payment verification, and resolving outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of leads, guest communications, and follow-up status within the CRM/sales system.
• Identify patterns in guest feedback and booking data to flag sales opportunities or process improvements.
• Assist with maintaining and refining outreach lists and segmentation criteria to improve campaign targeting over time.

Guest & Reservation Support

• Confirm guest information, manage payments, and ensure reservation details are accurate and current.
• Communicate proactively with guests regarding property details, updates, or issues prior to arrival.
• Partner with the Owner Relations team to align pricing and property selection with both guest expectations and homeowner needs.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, marketing, owner relations, and concierge teams to support a smooth guest journey from inquiry to checkout.
• Share insights on lead quality, guest needs, and market trends with sales leadership to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with finance/accounting to verify payments and maintain booking accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rental reservation sales, sales operations.
• Comfort with sales operations and administrative work - CRM management, list segmentation, payment processing.
• Experience with vacation rental software and tools such as Guesty, Claude, SendSquared or other CRM platforms.
• Strong follow-up discipline and outbound selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
