Human Resources ManagerWe're working with a well-established hospitality group that's looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their New York team. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, supporting managers, and helping create a great workplace.Location: New York, NY Salary: $75,000–$90,000 + BenefitsAbout You5+ years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or a fast-paced service environment.Previous experience overseeing HR responsibilities and supporting hourly teams.Comfortable handling employee relations, workplace concerns, and sensitive situations.Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices.A great communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.Organized, approachable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Someone who enjoys being visible and involved rather than sitting behind a desk.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.Available to work onsite 5 days a week in New York.What You'll DoBe the go-to HR partner for employees and managers across the business.Support managers with employee relations, performance conversations, investigations, and day-to-day people issues.Oversee key HR processes including onboarding, benefits, leave, compensation, and offboarding.Help ensure the business stays compliant with employment laws and internal policies.Support hiring and help build initiatives around engagement, recognition, and retention.Assist with training, workplace safety, and employee development.Provide practical HR guidance to leadership and help create a positive, consistent employee experience.
