Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location Highlights

Fort Worth offers access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation in North Texas.
