Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1’s) in North America in order to generate new business and to build relationshipsCollaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competenciesAlign to Embedded BU revenue targets for each Quarter.Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize business potential from each client relationship for sustained growthManage account level governance for sustained growth and client satisfaction.QualificationsRequirements:Total 10 to 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded, pre-sales and client solution management. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferably with an Embedded & electronics service line. Managerial experience in client management, customer engagement and account mining.
