Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Balanced Well Being LLC, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and competent therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to address their unique situations.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and emotional healing.
\n
• Delivering individual therapy sessions to support clients dealing with trauma, grief, relational issues, and life transitions.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques and modalities to ensure effective treatment delivery.
\n
• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the best outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize client results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.

• Experiences of physical or psychological trauma.

• Grief, loss, and bereavement.

• Interpersonal conflicts among family members or siblings.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
