Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources support team, assisting in talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (Hybrid role) Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion Pay Range: $26/hr on W2 What's the Job? Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones Manage and maintain candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition Support recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts to attract top talent Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication and support What's Needed? Approximately 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition operations Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams across different time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally What's in it for me?
