We're seeking a Human Resources Director to help lead the employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders. You'll help shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention, support workforce planning, and navigate complex people challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do You'll serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader, with responsibilities including: Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness Coaching leaders through employee relations, performance management, and workplace challenges Supporting talent acquisition and retention strategies in a competitive clinical labor market Leading investigations and managing complex employee relations matters Supporting compliance with employment laws and healthcare-related regulations Overseeing workplace safety, workers' compensation, accommodations, and leave-related matters Using workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and drive business decisions What Makes This Opportunity Special Mission That Matters The work you do will directly support the caregivers and clinicians who provide compassionate care to patients and families. Strategic Influence You'll partner closely with operational leadership and have a meaningful voice in workforce and business decisions. Visible Impact You'll help shape the employee experience for a workforce of approximately 600 employees and influence the culture they experience every day. This role offers the opportunity to tackle the unique challenges and rewards of supporting a predominantly clinical workforce in a mission-driven healthcare organization. What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced HR leader who brings: Progressive HR leadership experience Strong employee relations and investigation expertise Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements Experience coaching and influencing leaders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A commitment to building exceptional employee experiences Healthcare, home health, hospice, post-acute, or other clinical workforce experience is strongly preferred.
