Project Executive, Commercial, Data Center Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team, specializing in Commercial operations within the Data Center sector. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the commercial aspects of data center projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost control and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments. Support the development and implementation of best practices and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial operations in the data center or related industries. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Day-to-Day Activities Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are on track. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents. Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
