PositionOverview MesquiteModuleCorporationisseekingaFacilityShiftSupervisortosupportanewfacilitybuildandoperationallaunch.Thisrolewillplayakeypartinestablishingfacilityoperations,maintenanceprocesses,teamcoordination,andshiftexecutionduringacriticalgrowthphaseoftheorganization. The FacilitySupervisor willworkalongsideanotherFacility/WarehouseSupervisorandpartnercloselywiththeFacilityManagertohelpbuildandsupportday-to-dayoperationswithinthenewfacilityenvironment.Thispositionrequiresahands-onleaderwhocanoperateeffectivelyinafast-pacedstartup-stylemanufacturingsettingwhilehelpingestablishstructure,operationalconsistency,andstrongsafetypractices. Thisroleisresponsibleforoverseeingfacilitymaintenanceandoperationsduringassignedshifts,supervisingmaintenancepersonnel,resolvingoperationalissues,andensuringcontinuityacrossfacilitysystemsandprocesses. KeyResponsibilities Superviseandcoordinatemaintenancepersonneltoensureefficientshiftoperations Supportstartupandoperationalreadinessactivitiesassociatedwiththenewfacilitybuild PartnerwithfellowsupervisorsandtheFacilityManagertoestablishworkflows,maintenanceprocedures,andoperationalstandards Overseepreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceactivitiesacrossfacilitysystems Troubleshootandrespondtoescalatedfacilityandequipmentissues Ensurecompliancewithsafety,environmental,andregulatoryrequirements Reviewworkorders,prioritizetasks,andensureaccuratedocumentation Coordinatecontractors,vendors,andthird-partyserviceproviderssupportingfacilitystartupandongoingoperations Manageandcoordinatecontractorsandexternalserviceproviderstoensureallworkisperformedefficiently,safely,andincompliancewithcontractualrequirements,companystandards,andoperationalexpectations. Ensurethecontinuous,safe,andreliableoperationofallplantutilities,includingwastewatersystems,high-voltageelectricalsystems,industrialgases,andothercriticalinfrastructurenecessarytosupportuninterruptedproductionactivities. Identifyoperationalormaintenancetrendsandrecommendprocessimprovements Supportcross-functionalcollaborationwithoperations,warehouse,logistics,andleadershipteams ServeasactingFacilityManagerduringlimitedabsenceswhenassigned Qualifications Education Associatedegree,technicaldiploma,orequivalentindustryexperiencerequired Experience 3–5yearsofexperienceinfacilities,maintenance,warehouse,orindustrialoperations Previoussupervisoryorteamleadexperiencerequired Experiencesupportingastartupoperation,facilitylaunch,expansion,ornewbuildenvironmentstronglypreferred Skills Provenleadershipanddecision-makingskillswithinashift-basedmanufacturingorindustrialenvironment Strongworkingknowledgeofmajorfacilityandutilityequipment,includingchillers,aircompressors,andcentralizedHVACsystems.Abilitytoindependentlytroubleshoot,diagnose,andresolvecomplexequipmentissues,whilealsodevelopingandimplementingpreventivemaintenancestandardsandoperationalprocedures.
