Job Summary:

• 4-5 yrs experience in gathering requirements for Voice experience portal (IVR).
• Hands-on experience in designing call flow using Visio.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Hand on experience in creating and running simple SQL queries to fetch data.
• Very good communication skills.
• Good knowledge about the Voice Experience portal (IVR).
