Office Clerk

Seeking a Friendly, Dependable Office Clerk!
Olsten Staffing Services is seeking a detail oriented and organized individual for one of our clients in the Marion, SC area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking payments, and must have excellent communication skills and other office duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
  
• Data entry and filing
  
• Processing paperwork and maintaining records
  
• Assisting with general office operations
  
• Providing excellent customer service
  
• Collect, receipt, and post payments to appropriate accounts
  
• Perform other office tasks as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• HSD or Equivalent Required
  
• Prior experience in a similar role
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Professional and dependable work ethic
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  

This will be a short-term assignment that will last 8 weeks, possibly longer and the pay will be $18.00 hourly. Monday through Thursday - 8am to 5pm and Fridays from 8am to 1pm.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
