What You’ll Do Prepare and review a variety of Oil & Gas Title Opinions, including: Drilling Title Opinions Division Order Title Opinions Supplemental Title Opinions Acquisition Title Opinions Examine and analyze mineral, leasehold, royalty, surface, and ownership interests. Review deeds, leases, probate records, assignments, easements, conveyances, and other title documents. Identify title defects and provide practical curative recommendations. Advise clients on title matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, drilling, and development projects. Collaborate directly with clients, land professionals, and fellow attorneys on sophisticated energy matters. What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar or eligible for admission. 3+ years of Oil & Gas Title Attorney experience. Strong experience preparing Oil & Gas Title Opinions. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Landman experience is a plus.
