Senior Transportation Engineer (PE) Full-Time

Key Responsibilities


• Lead roadway design projects, including highways, interstates, urban streets, and interchanges


• Develop and review geometric designs using tools such as Civil 3D and MicroStation


• Ensure compliance with AASHTO and applicable DOT/INDOT standards


• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders


• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports


• Mentor and support junior engineering staff

Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering


• 5+ years of transportation or roadway design experience


• Professional Engineer (PE) license required


• Experience with Design-Build or P3 delivery methods preferred


• Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software


• Strong communication and collaboration skills
