Corporate Controller – Global Technology Organization Location: California Compensation: $200K – $350K Base Salary + Benefits A leading global technology organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving accurate financial reporting, strengthening accounting controls, improving processes, and developing a high-performing finance team. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear accountability and growth opportunities. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage preparation of consolidated US GAAP financial statements and executive reporting. Lead external audit processes and maintain strong relationships with auditors. Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes across global operations. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives. Drive improvements in accounting systems, processes, and technology solutions. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within a mid-to-large organization. Proven experience managing large accounting teams and complex financial operations. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, and international accounting standards. Experience with global entities and financial reporting requirements. ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
