About the Role Lead the day-to-day accounting function while overseeing month-end and year-end close. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple business operations. Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic financial planning. Improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and identify opportunities for automation. Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, fixed assets, and operational finance activities. Manage external audits, banking relationships, tax compliance, and financial reporting requirements. Mentor and develop a growing accounting team while fostering collaboration across finance and operations. Play a key role in future systems enhancements and process optimization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Required Skills Progressive accounting leadership experience with previous Controller or Assistant Controller responsibilities. Manufacturing experience with strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance. Experience managing financial reporting, audits, internal controls, budgeting, and cash management. Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment. CPA is a plus but not required.
