Office Manager
At Children's Happy Teeth & Happy Braces, we specialize in providing exceptional dental care for children in a warm and friendly environment. Our dedicated team is committed to making every visit a positive experience for our young patients and their families. We are looking for an Office Manager who shares our passion for pediatric dentistry and is excited to lead our team.
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency
- Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in management role (team of at least x10)
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and customer service.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a positive dental experience
