Salary rate of $36.23+/hour. We offer a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 shift differential for nights. We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. We can offer full time Day, Evening, or Night shift (8 hour shifts with rotating weekends)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
