Is the traveler aware that they must float amongst other WellStar campuses in the area (floating guide available – please let me know if you need it)? If this is not a float pool position, floating will only be required if the census is low at their home facility, then the traveler would be sent to another campus (within 20-30 min) instead of cancelling them all together. I the traveler rejects the float offer, they will not receive their guaranteed hours and could be cancelled.4. Does the traveler understand that they can't request/require block schedules? WellStar does not approve blocking, but the facility will try to coordinate their schedule as best as they can after the traveler begins the assignment.
