Marketing and Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with an eye for design and a passion for creating engaging content across multiple platforms. The Marketing & Content Specialist will support a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media management, presentation development, podcast promotion, content creation, and brand management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Responsibilities Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms Design engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with brand standards Develop and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metrics Assist with podcast production, promotion, content repurposing, and distribution Build professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for leadership, events, and organizational initiatives Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels Manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining brand consistency Write compelling marketing copy for social media, websites, presentations, emails, and promotional materials Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives Maintain content calendars and ensure timely completion of marketing projects Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools Assist with website updates, event promotion, video content, and other marketing projects as needed Support internal communications and organizational branding efforts Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field 2+ years of marketing experience preferred Strong creative abilities and an excellent eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others Proficiency with Canva and presentation design tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience creating presentations for executive and leadership audiences Knowledge of podcast production and content marketing Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools Basic video editing skills Experience with analytics and reporting tools What We're Looking For The right candidate is creative, proactive, and adaptable.
