Successful candidates will be warm, professional, flexible, discreet, and make the member or guest the top priority.A Hospitality Coordinator is primarily responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all suite products and services before, during and after a member's use of PS. Successful candidates will be warm, professional, detail-oriented, flexible, and discreet, and make the member or guest the top priority.Responsibilities & ExpectationsAct on all coordination and communication required for Suites, Preferences, Food Orders, Surprise & Delights, Milestones and Top Tier Travelers.Respond to all email communication that comes to the hospitality email distribution and inbox.Assign suites, assign S&D's, keep PSNAX (our operating system) up to date and book amenities as requested.Review preferences for shift and following day – may require offsite purchases handled by Hospitality.Research members and guests for suite customization and S&D opportunities.Review S&D opportunities 5 days out – may require offsite purchases handled by hospitality.Oversee all chats and radio any in the moment requests.Assist with suite setup and preparation of all suites.Assist with Setup of S&D's.Assist with Suite Inspections and coordinate suite turnover with Housekeeping.Communicate any inventory needs with Inventory Specialist.Assess suites/Airfield Areas and account for used items, restock as needed.Track inventory using the point-of-sale system, Toast.Participate in Teams chats to create a seamless experience for each movement.Strong communication on the radio with different teams for different tasks.Required QualificationsExperience working around confidential and sensitive information.Experience in a customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role.Ability to focus attention on member needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to have creative and proactive ideasAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamMust be able to be active and lift a minimum of 25 lbsMinimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GEDPass a pre-employment drug screening + background checkCollection of SSN as part of the background check process will be requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPS is a 24 hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.Full Time Employee BenefitsEmployee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability401K retirement plan with company matchingHealth and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matchingMerit-based raises and bonuses12 PTO Days / 6 Paid Sick Days Prorated AnnuallyMonthly health & wellness and cell phone reimbursementPaid trainingA great career path with promotion opportunities.Overtime opportunities available.
