Role: Recruiter, Fixed Income/MacroLocation: Midtown, NYHybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday) with flexibility to come in 5 days to host interviews/eventsCompensation range: $180-250k base salary plus bonusBenefits: 100% healthcare coverage (including dental and vision), 25 days’ vacation, 401k match and more.Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1800 employees globally and is known for incredible dynamic culture. The US team is looking for a Recruiter focused on the Fixed Income/Macro business.In your role as a Recruiter, you will:Work to build out the Fixed Income/Macro business globally.Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including understanding their business needs and determining recruiting strategy.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Source candidates for open requisitions and build a strong market map of top talent in the space. Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications. Liaise with external vendors as needed. You must have a strong background as a specialist in Fixed Income/Macro recruitment and be able to function as an expert in your space.Key requirements:8-10 years’ experience within fixed income/macro.Experience working within financial services.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
