Sign Installation Professional - Direct Hire

Direct Hire Opportunity

Location – Near Oceanside

Hours: Monday through Friday, typically from ~7am to 3:30pm, but could vary. Ability to work OT as required. Occasional weekend work required.

What we are looking for: Someone who has been previously in a Sign Installation role and someone who takes pride in their work, shows up prepared, pays attention to the details, and represents the company professionally in the field. The right candidate will have strong installation skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to completing every project safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities Include:

· Install, maintain, repair, remove, and replace a variety of interior and exterior signage.

· Review and organize job materials, tools, equipment, and installation requirements prior to arriving on-site.

· Follow installation instructions, shop drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

· Read and interpret work orders, drawings, measurements, and installation plans.

· Complete all necessary pre-installation preparation and processes.

· Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and company vehicles.

· Perform basic electrical work associated with illuminated signage.

· Conduct site surveys and assist with permit inspections as required.

· Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, project specifications, and applicable local codes.

· Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, contractors, and team members on job sites.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, safe, and working condition.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

· Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and OSHA/worksite requirements.

· Assist with shop-related projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of professional sign installation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of sign installation methods, materials, and best practices.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and installation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and work orders.
• Strong ability to measure accurately and work from specifications.
• Basic electrical knowledge and experienced - Preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and find practical solutions in the field.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and instructions.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow established shop and job-site safety procedures.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and work at heights as required.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required, if operating company vehicles.

Compensation : Expected Hourly Range: $35.00 - $40.00 Hr - DOE
