Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our US operations. While most HR services are administered through our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO), this role will work closely with the PEO to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with employment legislation, and a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities include HR coordination, employee record management, policy administration, and support for employee-related processes.In addition, this role will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Technology, supporting organisational effectiveness initiatives, talent development, succession planning, leadership capability building, and workforce planning to enable business growth and long-term organisational success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following; other duties may be assigned. Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers. Coordinate with the PEO on payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR processes. Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation. Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. Partner with business leaders on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. Support compensation, promotion, and organisational change decisions. Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Prepare HR reports and provide people-related insights to leadership. Support recruitment activities and critical hiring needs as required. Work from our office location in California, Carlsbad and travel to MN once in a month for business visit. Location Based in our Carlsbad, California office, with monthly travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota, as required for business meetings and team collaboration. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities are required at this time. Global vendor and freelance management are applicable. EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years of HR experience with exposure to US employment practices. Familiarity with PEO administration, payroll systems, and benefits management. Strong understanding of US labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. Experience in performance management and talent development preferred. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
