AIRLINE SUPERVISOR (JFK Airport)

Starting Pay: $23.25/hr. + $5.55 Health Variance

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist the Airline Account Manager with airline operational and administrative processes.

• Coordinate with airline clients and station managers to maintain high service standards.

• Support airport operations including arrivals, departures, and ticket counter activities.

• Assist with airline reservation-related tasks.

• Resolve operational issues such as delays, cancellations, and denied boarding situations.

• Monitor customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Complete administrative, ticketing, and operational documentation as required.

• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and airline personnel.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment while providing leadership support.

• Perform duties on various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 18 months of airline experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.

• Knowledge of airport operations, including arrivals, departures, and ticketing functions.

• Basic knowledge of airline reservation systems.

• Computer, typing, and ticketing experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Basic math skills.

• English proficiency required.

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift up to 70 pounds.

• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
