About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Social Strategy & Analytics to spearhead the development of a global social media organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, platform intelligence, and measurement foundation, with a focus on turning social signals into actionable insights for content, creators, platforms, markets, and investment. This executive will also be at the forefront of AI-enabled social intelligence, working with cross-functional teams to establish the necessary methodology, infrastructure, and data products for global decision-making. Key responsibilities include owning the global social measurement framework, defining data requirements, shaping the social analytics technology ecosystem, and championing the use of AI and automation for faster and more accurate insights. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in social media, social strategy, social analytics, measurement, platform intelligence, or data strategy, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. Deep expertise in major social platforms is essential, and experience in a platform-side role is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with strong data fluency, the ability to work with business-intelligence tools, and experience in developing and governing metric definitions and reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of AI and automation tools, as well as strong executive communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. A background in CPG, DTC, retail, consumer electronics, or a leading agency environment is preferred.
