About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to take ownership of its strategic planning infrastructure. This includes the enterprise planning system, board governance, and high-priority initiatives, as well as providing the analytical foundation for the CEO's critical decisions. The successful candidate will be a high-leverage operator, responsible for personally building and running the planning infrastructure, driving the company's most significant strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CEO can operate with maximum strategic impact. The role demands a leader with a strong background in strategic planning, particularly in a tech-enabled financial services or sponsor-backed environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm, followed by at least 3 years' in an industry role, preferably in financial services or a related sector. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, capable of leading high-impact initiatives and providing the necessary support for the CEO's decision-making process. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success through effective strategic management.
