Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in the Waco area, working directly on the bottling line and related production activities. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment, preparing materials and components, and assisting with product changeovers to support efficient production runs. The role involves following standardized procedures, completing basic production documentation, and supporting inventory movement on the floor. Production Team Members are expected to follow all safety and food safety guidelines, help maintain a clean work environment, and collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues, meet daily output targets, and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and basic Production Management to support smooth, efficient bottling operations. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to work effectively with supervisors, quality teams, and fellow production team members. Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including attention to detail and adherence to food safety and inspection procedures. Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new processes quickly and help peers follow established procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with automated or semi-automated production equipment. Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and consistent attendance; prior experience in food or beverage production is a plus.
