This position is responsible for assisting in all areas of AP including, but not limited to: scanning a high volume of invoices, research, and special projects as assigned by the AP Manager.Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform quality work within deadlines under limited supervision • Interact professionally with the direct team and all levels of our organization • Coordinate efforts with others and maintain effective communication • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end • Other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications: • General Accounting knowledge • Strong verbal and written communication • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced deadline environment while managing multiple-tasks • Proficient MS Office skills (i.e. Excel), paired with comfort quickly mastering new software programs • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy • Ultimate professionalism, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skillsEssential Functions: • Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. • Be stationary for periods of time • Relocate up to (25) poundsSupervises Others?
