Non-CDL Driver

Position Purpose The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods, products, or materials to various destinations without the need for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations. Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies. Load and unload the vehicle as required. Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pick‑up operations. Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance. Direct Manager / Direct Reports This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager or Transportation Supervisor and has no direct reports. Travel Requirements Daily local travel with occasional long-distance travel. Physical Requirements Regular physical activity including lifting, loading, and unloading goods and long hours of driving. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. Working Conditions Drivers operate in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable driving in these conditions. Minimum Qualifications Valid state driver's license. Clean driving record. Familiarity with using navigation systems. Proficiency in English for communication regarding safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous driving or logistics experience. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Minimum Education High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Preferred Education A vocational or technical degree in transportation or a related field preferred. Minimum Years of Work Experience 1-2 years of relevant driving experience. Certifications No particular certifications required, but First Aid, CPR, or Safety Training certificates are advantageous. Competencies Directs work effectively. Salary Range $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Benefits Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Performance‑based bonus programs and commissions, if applicable.
