Account Manager I

Moscow, IDEducation – Client Services /Full Time /On-siteAs an Account Manager I, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, support customer success, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Major ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of customer accountsPartner with customers to understand their goals and deliver solutions that drive successManage account renewals and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesSupport customer onboarding, adoption, and overall account healthCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to resolve customer needsConduct customer meetings and presentations that communicate value and insightsMaintain accurate account documentation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUse customer feedback and data to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomesEducation & Experience2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related customer-facing role requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferredExperience managing customer relationships, renewals, and growth opportunitiesStrong communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsAnalytical, organized, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and other business productivity toolsLightcast is a global leader in labor market insights, with headquarters in Moscow, ID (US) and offices in the United Kingdom, Europe, and India.
