HDR in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee life cycle and ensure policy consistency across the NC region. You will handle employee relations, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, while advancing HDR’s inclusive, employee‑owned culture. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of experience, MS Office and HRIS proficiency, and in‑office work 4–5 days per week in Charlotte. #J-18808-Ljbffr
