The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.What You Will Be DoingManaging teams on large electrical distribution projectsBe responsible for projects from start to finishWork with upper management and Senior PM to ensure job safety and completionDevelop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budgetDrive division profitability through effective project executionDevelop and lead project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, personnel assignments and capacity planningEvaluate and continually improve the systems and processes used by the department to effectively meet customer requirements and profitability goalsReview the overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodology for individual projects as requiredEnsure schedule requirements are met for all projects.
