In this driving post, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a highly regulated aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, restricted zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials, authorizations, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support controlled entry to sensitive areas. Prepare detailed reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy violations, and assist with follow-up actions involving security-related concerns, workplace disruptions, and emergency situations. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, or verifiable armed security experience. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only. Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English proficiently. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
