Behavioral Health Safety & De-Escalation Officer

Alaris Health at Cedar Grove's Behavioral Health Unit seeks a Safety Officer to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The officer maintains continuous observation, identifies behavioral concerns, and applies CPI de-escalation techniques in line with policy and regulatory standards. The role includes safety rounds, resident supervision, safety screenings, and 1:1 observation, with timely incident reporting to BHU leadership and applicable regulators as #J-18808-Ljbffr Alaris Health at Cedar Grove
