Behavioral Health Safety & De-Escalation Officer

Alaris Health at Cedar Grove's Behavioral Health Unit seeks a Safety Officer to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The officer maintains continuous observation, identifies behavioral concerns, and applies CPI de-escalation techniques in line with policy and regulatory standards.
