Project ManagerDenver, CO$125,000 to $175,000 Per YearThis company delivers healthcare construction projects, managing hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities, including work in occupied and active healthcare environments.Schedule: Full time.Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience.What You'll DoThe Project Manager delivers successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls, managing projects and leading teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities. This person communicates effectively with owners, architects, and engineers, and coordinates projects in occupied healthcare environments to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.This role supports the preconstruction team and contributes to business development efforts in the healthcare sector, including RFP responses and client interviews. The Project Manager leads meetings such as Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings and monthly project status reviews, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and interim life safety measures (ILSM).Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management or a related field8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experienceProven experience with hospital renovations and expansionsExperience working in occupied or active healthcare environmentsExperience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong client management skills, with the ability to lead teams through preconstruction and construction, especially with healthcare systems and facility teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting and growing healthcare client relationships and business development effortsBluebeam experience or capabilityProcore experience or capabilityCompensation and Benefits:$125,000 to $175,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
