Minimum Required: This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. Retail management experience in wireless or electronics Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality Strong communication and presentation skills, essential for effective leadership and customer interactions Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds Capability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts Preferred: Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards Your success is our success.
