Onsite Cafeteria, remodeled with new equipment Fitness Center, and Outdoor fitness track Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role: Guides the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement. Employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicate effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team. Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role. Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives. Work closely with the Program Owner and RTE on backlog refinement and prioritization. Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics. Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders. Helps maintain project timelines and identify risks. Experience with safety critical systems or real time systems is desirable Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure, DevSecOps) Experience with Agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts. Minimum Qualifications / What you must have Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering required. 2 years Scrum Master experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications Additional Information / Desired Experience This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance) This position will require the candidate to be abletoclimb on/off, and work around military vehicles is desired.Must be able to pass ASR test (Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined space) Be a self-starter and working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills and able to work with all levels of the organization and across functions. Organization will be essential due the volume of tasks and projects and being able to align with tight deadlines and lead times. Work environment will consist of prototype shop, laboratory, manufacturing, and office. Able to work overtime when required. Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is required. Works well in team and individually. Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Previous experience working on ground combat Vehicles desired.
