This Hardscape Project Manager role leads the execution of custom hardscape construction projects, directing up to four installation teams simultaneously. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the position is responsible for overseeing safety, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship on every job site. It provides a highly impactful opportunity to manage complex outdoor living projects from planning to completion while offering developmental opportunities to field team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage up to four installation teams, handling job planning, execution, scheduling, and personnel matters.
• Oversee and actively participate in installing custom brick pavers, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, and custom hardscape applications such as kitchens and fire pits.
• Ensure all field team members strictly adhere to company safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete essential administrative tasks, including time tracking, work orders, change orders, and material requisitions.
• Operate various mechanical equipment proficiently, such as skid loaders, excavators, plate compactors, drills, and saws.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive construction plans and oversee material logistics to ensure proper project flow.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED, plus at least one year of experience in landscaping or hardscaping.
• Minimum of one year of experience successfully functioning as a team leader.
• Working knowledge of standard construction practices, basic low-voltage electricity, and fundamental plumbing concepts.
• Active International Concrete Paver Institute (ICPI) Certification.
• Valid Chauffeur's License and Medical Card, with the ability to operate automatic and stick shift vehicles, including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication, math, and job planning skills, with the physical ability to regularly lift up to 80 pounds (English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
