Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities: Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility. Assess customers' storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements: Ability to transport or lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments; climb stairs and open large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris. Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies. Transportation: Employees are required to have a valid driver's license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or conduct other work‑related business.
