Growth Marketing Specialist

To support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, the full-time Growth Marketing Specialist will manage campaign setup tasks, coordinate with external partners, and analyze performance data in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including setup tasks and quality assurance of ad units Manage coordination with external partners, overseeing performance alignment and campaign deliverables while assisting with onboarding new partners Analyze marketing data, build dashboards in tools like Tableau or Looker, and develop performance reports with optimization recommendations Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, and analytics Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, particularly in running app campaigns Strong experience with reporting systems such as Tableau or Looker Experience with direct platform execution (Meta, Google Ads) is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
