Receptionist

SUMMARY The receptionist greets and directs all visitors with professionalism, handles and directs all incoming calls, and maintains guest registration logs and schedules. JOB DUTIES Greets, assists, and directs visitors with respect. Answers and re-directs all incoming calls as appropriate and takes adequate messages when required. Maintains accurate visitor logs. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. PHYSICAL DEMANDS LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS None required.
