Job Title: Production Worker Location: Princeton, MN Compensation: $18-$21 per hour depending on shift - paid weekly Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift | 4 day work week 6 am - 4 pm or 4 pm - 2 am Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a distilling / beverage production company in Princeton, MN. In this role, you'll support the production line by handling bottles and cases as they move through the manufacturing process. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay and extended weekends, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do:

• Invert cases of empty bottles and place them onto the conveyor belt
• Move empty cases into the overhead conveyor system
• Observe bottles as they travel along the conveyor and remove or repair as needed
• Remove full bottles from the conveyor and place them into empty cases
• Lift sealed cases from the conveyor and stack them onto pallets
• Read and verify bar codes and labels

What You Need to Bring:

• Must have at least 6 months experience working in a production environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift (with breaks)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
