Base salary starts at: $17.30/hr.

E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S

• Assists with the admissions process.
• Transcribes, utilizes and implements protocols and physician orders as directed by RN.
• Coordinates with health care team to provide patient care, treatment and services.
• Functions as communication center in emergency situations.
• Assists in clerical duties on the unit.
• Other duties as assigned.

E D U C A T I O N

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

E X P E R I E N C E

• At least six months of experience of unit secretary duties/responsibilities preferred.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.

C R E D E N T I A L S

• Must be BLS certified upon hire or within 60 days of hire and must maintain certification throughout employment with IMH.
• Must certify in nonviolence crisis intervention (MANDT) or obtain within the first six months of hire and must maintain certification throughout employment with IMH.
