Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- Experience in Epic and Cerner EMR systems: Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Collect and analyze data pertinent to the patient's health and situation to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement a care plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and healing environment.
- Provide education and learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
