client relationshipsAccounting & Financial OversightReview and approve complex financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and accounting analysesOversee month-end and year-end close processes for clients and related entitiesEnsure compliance with accounting and firm quality standardsProvide technical accounting guidance and resolve complex accounting issuesReview journal entries, candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldCPA license preferred8+ years of progressive accounting, family office, client accounting services, or related experience4+ years of experience managing client engagements within a professional services environmentDemonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing multiple team membersStrong understanding of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and complex accounting transactionsExperience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, partnerships, trusts, and investment entities preferredExperience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and other cloud-based accounting platformsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong project management, client relationship, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong business development mindset and ability to identify growth opportunitiesAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalismDemonstrated executive presence, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and results orientationThe pay rate range for this job position is $135,000 to $195,350. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
