(Ground-Up Commercial & Industrial Construction)

You'll work side-by-side with seasoned PMs and field leaders on major ground-up commercial and industrial electrical projects , gaining the kind of experience that accelerates your career and sets you up to run your own projects sooner than later.

This is the perfect role for someone who's hungry, sharp, and ready to take on more responsibility. You'll be trusted, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Lead:

You won't just "assist" - you'll be a key player in keeping projects moving, organized, and on track.

• Support full-cycle electrical construction from pre-con through closeout
• Help build and maintain budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement logs
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams
• Conduct site walks and help monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track materials, equipment, and delivery schedules
• Support field supervisors and help drive alignment with project goals
• Assist with punch lists, closeout packages, and turnover documentation

What You Bring:

You're the type of APM who wants to grow - fast - and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty.

• 1+ years supporting electrical scopes on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project , or similar tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code xhyhwjd compliance
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with field teams, clients, and stakeholders
