KPI & Data Management: Implement comprehensive KPI tracking and accountability systems, ensuring data-driven insights propel growth. Process Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operational workflows and communication channels. Execution & Accountability: Lead initiatives with autonomy, ensuring seamless execution and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving. Technology Oversight: Modernize and optimize the technological stack to enhance firm operations and reporting capabilities. People Management: Oversee HR functions, mentor staff, and make firm-wide personnel and vendor decisions to align with strategic goals. What we're looking for: High-Level Operations Experience: Proven track record of independently leading operations in a professional services setting. Strong Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial strategy essential for informed operational decisions.
