Details LTACH CCU/ICU unit setting Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00-07:30), with 36 or 48 hour weekly options 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday schedule 13 to 26 week assignment options Weekend coverage supported through a rotating on-call system among 6-8 staff members On-call responsibilities after 5pm daily and on weekends, supported by primary and backup call staff Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on census needs, limited to qualified and competency-verified areas Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active SC or Compact RN license required BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required LTAC experience preferred 1+ year of recent experience in the unit required for consideration Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR required Experience with critical care skills including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, IV titration, and cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to complex ICU/CCU patients in an LTACH setting Orientation held every Monday, with annual compliance training required Pre-assignment testing and modules required for all travelers, to be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials Travelers must maintain skills across a broad range of clinical areas including respiratory, cardiovascular, renal, and neurological care First-time travelers may be considered based on experience level Radius requirement: candidates must reside more than 100 miles from any Prisma Health facility to be eligible for travel assignments system-wide These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
